Writer ~ Frances Magers Massey Frances (Magers) Massey graduated from Algoma High School (Pontotoc County) in 1961. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Blue Mountain College in 1965 and a Master of Education degree from the University of Memphis in 1982. She taught English in West Memphis, AR, and at Mt. Juliet High School in Mt. Juliet, TN. After teaching for 31 years, she retired in June 2009.
