Writer ~ Louanna Cox Fitts After forty years in Gulfport and Biloxi, Louanna Cox Fitts and husband Jerry prove that you can come home again. They live in Pontotoc with their two children-I mean- dogs, Barney Fife Fitts and Beau Brummel Fitts, where you'll not find Louanna in the kitchen except on holidays. On those occasions when the children visit (together they have six), the bill of fare is exactly the same as when her mother, Pat Shannon, did the cooking. Highlighting her life these days are her part time job which she calls "fun," helping the unfortunate in the community through her church's Benevolence Committee, experiencing the joys of Community Theater, and keeping up with family and friends on Facebook.
